Director Akiko Ohuku of "Shake me without permission" (2017) (2020) is taking a "food".The serial drama "Broken Love Meshi" based on the comic essay of Misaki Misaki will be distributed at the Amazon Prime Video from January 14, 2022 (Friday) (scheduled to be broadcast on Yomiuri Television in July 2022).

Kimimaru Miki (Alice Hirose), a manga artist who serializes comic essays in a free paper in the town.The broken heart episodes experienced by the people she met and the dishes that heal it are unraveled every time.Each episode includes a variety of guests such as Mugi Kadowaki, Toriko Miura, Mai Fukagawa, and Hayashi Togo.Many of the geisha people woven and broken heart will warm up the hearts of the viewer.

This time, we interviewed Daikyuku.I was told the background of the shooting that was held at the actual restaurant and the thoughts of Director Daiku's work.

―In many common foods such as mackerel miso, skewers, and university potatoes, please tell us where you have devised.

Of course, I took things like "sizzle cut" as well, but they were not so particular about it.I didn't add any steam or adjust the angle at all, and I was conscious of taking pictures of what you usually eat.

As a whole, I thought that a broken heart would make emotions come out while eating the food.Also, this time it is a distribution work, so it seems like ASMR -like and what you can enjoy.

―I see, it's more “meal” than “cooking”.The perspective of ASMR is also interesting.Certainly, if it is a distribution work, you can watch it in various forms such as TV and smartphones.Listening with headphones or earphones may increase the sound of the sound.

Yes, I hope you enjoy that way.The shooting, recording, and lighting are also teams that make movies together, but I usually want to put a lot of sound play.Regarding the scene of eating, I work hard with the recording technician Moto Komiya.

-The dining scene of Daiku's work, such as the sushi scene of "If a beautiful woman is going to get married" (2018) and a coffee shop scene of "Self -Sangero", are impressive, including the space.increase.Is there a commitment to this part?

What I personally keep in mind is that I do not cut at the scenario stage.The actor moves on the spot, and I'm thinking, "Let's do it like this," so I don't know that the consciousness of "using the whole space" is working.

Regarding "Broken Heart", I decided to use a certain store.I myself eat in advance and ask for a shoot where I thought it was really delicious and used it.Also, I put some of my favorite shops, such as crab cream croquette shops and carbonara, with a presentation, "It's delicious here, how are you?" (Laughs).

-It will also support restaurants.

That's right.That's what I thought.I would be really happy if that happened.

Regarding the spatial production I just talked about earlier, it is usually easy to shoot in dramatic movies and dramas.Even in a nice shop, it is said that "there is no" pull "here, so let's stop."But about this time, I abandoned all of these ideas and chose "delicious" or "shocked".The miso stew of mackerel that appeared in the first episode was so shocking that it was such a black, I haven't seen it!We had everyone cooperate and realized.

yes.In such an environment, there is a relationship that has never been seen in video works.For example, the scenario is made to make it the most interesting in the scenario, but the movement that was expected to enter the site would not be possible.And, like "Let's face each other from the beginning," a movement that suits the site is born.The real buildings, foods, and humans often teach me there.

Everyone in the shop is "real"!An unexpected happening?

―It may lead to the “eating and walking” mentioned earlier, but Dai9's work has many scenes of “downtown x walking”.

As you said, what kind of town the characters live, what kind of life they live, and what kind of room they live.Producing humans from the whole town is very important.Also, I don't want to take a picture of a judge, or a big city.The scrambled intersection in Shibuya is good because there are many people who shoot better than me (laughs).I like the place where I smell my life.

-The "life smell" is also breathing in "broken heart".When I heard "I took a picture at the actual shop," I got a point, but Miki sitting in front moves to the back -that is, there is a vertical movement.And the clerk moves her luggage.The rarity in which seat movement is drawn in vertical relationships and the naturalness of the clerk's luggage movement are exactly the smell of life.It was full of “living feeling”.

This time, the store is also appearing.First of all, I got a permission to shoot the store, and asked for the set as to "Can you come out?"Most people say, "Eh!" (Laughs), but I just do what I usually do!I asked you OK.

Regarding that scene, when I asked, "Do you have any luggage if you move?"If you do a production that you do to the actor, it may be a different movement than usual, and then it will be out of my aim, so I did it as usual.All this actor knew my intention, so he responded flexibly to the movement of such a clerk.

The university potato shop that appears in Episode 4 is prepared by a couple who is over 70 years old, and then starts before the preparation is over, cooking (laughs).

-Stiflely professional ...If you stand in front of the kitchen, it starts to move (laughs).

Yes (laughs).The assistant director explains hard, "Please wait a moment. After taking a picture of Mr. Hirose ..."When I said, "Okay, let's turn it!"

The actors lose their presence because the people in the shop are more like that place than anyone.That was the case in any store, and I was impressed.Suddenly, even if you ask for something different from the schedule, it will respond, and the shop of the crab cream croquette prepares a lunch menu with information wrong, but consultation if you can take it on the dinner menu.Then, "It's good", "I'm good" ...In our senses, we were conscious of "bothering you" in that space.

What is the "loose" that you are particular about?"You can have a utopia for about 30 minutes a day."

―I would like to ask about making scriptwriting, but the original comic essay is about two pages of spread per episode.Isn't it hard to inflate this in about 30 minutes?

The degree of freedom was insane.When I first talked, I said, "I want a" pull "in about 10 episodes of drama," so at first, "Throw away, Mr. Adachi.(2020) I proposed something like a pull and finally revealing it.Then the producer asked, "When will the hero fall in love?"(Laughs).

So, I called the scriptwriter Masako Imai, who was familiar with it, and had the love part build together.Mr. Imai really likes to eat, and above all, he is a person who writes interesting things first, so he thought he was appropriate and gave me the idea of "a company that makes loose free paper."

After that, the producer side requested a request to "draw the reason why Miki became a manga artist" came, but I opposed it.I don't want to know that, and it can be loose!When.And after the discussion, he declared, "I always say the reason, but I don't know which one is true," and everyone was laughing (laughs).During the script making, I was saying, "Loose and loose."I thought it was hard to live loosely (laughs).

―It was that kind of background.However, thanks to that, I think that this work has a comfortable utopia.Do you want to wrap the food part that has a certain documentary element in fantastic, including colorful costumes and dark extras?I feel that it will be a kind of rescue for the viewer.

That's right.The word "Utopia" has been released many times."I didn't know the reality, I created a fictional town and that's good with utopia."I made it with the desire to enjoy it in Utopia for about 30 minutes.

The most comfortable thing when I watch the delivery work is before going to bed.Looking at "Big Bang ★ Theory / Geeks of the Love Laws" (2007-2019), it looks like you'll laugh before sleeping (laughs).I'm glad if I thought, "What are these people envied? I want to live loosely like this."
