■ “Everyone,” “quickly,” and “easily” surveying “creating a terrain-following flight plan” with a LiDAR-equipped drone is expanding, but there are already some issues at the site. This time, we first focused on one such issue, "creating a flight plan," and aimed to solve it. LiDAR surveying with a drone achieves high accuracy by always flying at a constant distance to the surface of the earth and acquiring data. For that purpose, a three-dimensional "terrain-following flight plan" along the unevenness of the terrain is required, but it usually takes about 1 to 2 hours to create this, and it takes time and effort to use different tools. This app has been developed so that "anyone", "quickly" and "easily" can create such a flight plan.
