Essential Products, a mobile device manufacturer founded by Andy Rubin, the creator of "Android", went out of business in February 2020, but OSOM Products, a start-up company founded by former employees, is the first flagship smartphone " OV1”, and recently revealed new information. The OV1 is a high-end, privacy-focused, stylish Android-powered device that will be available in Q4 2022. OSOM stands for "Out of Sight, Out of Mind". The stainless steel housing has flat sides like the "iPhone 13" series, and Corning's "Gorilla Glass Victus" is used for the front glass. You can use two physical SIM cards and the battery lasts all day. Based on the information released by OSOM, the OV1 seems to be able to compete with the flagship devices of each company, but only one privacy-focused component has been identified so far.
